Here's The Reality Of What Tickets To Beyoncé & Jay-Z's ONT2 Tour Cost

At first when we heard Beyoncé and Jay-Z were going on tour it was false alarm (but nevertheless, broke the internet). But then they officially announced their On The Run 2 tour kicking off overseas in June before hitting the states in July and we were all like…

Yes, ONTR2 tickets will cost you some coins. That’s to be expected. We are talking about the reigning king and queen of music after all, but if you don’t plan on watching Bey and Jay perform through binoculars, two tickets (because who wants to go alone) will run you over $800. Actually, two tickets to their show at MetLife Stadium in August, section 112, cost $839 after processing and service fees. Yikes.
Before you start a Go Fund Me page to pay your way to make your dream to see Beyoncé live come true, we just want to put things into perspective for you.

These Cheap AF Beauty Products Are The Reason Cardi B Is Still Rich

Although Cardi B has some major coins, she's made it clear on many occasions she likes free sh*t. How else do you think she's able to keep up her love for iced-out bling?
By now, we all know about her love for Fashion Nova clothing and Steve Madden shoes. But what you may not know is that the "Bartier Cardi" rapper also enjoys getting her beauty products on the low-low! At least according to her long-time makeup artist, Erika La' Pearl.
In a recent story with Refinery29, Cardi's makeup artist for over three years shared that her client's signature facebeat consists of mostly of drugstore beauty products.
Don't believe us? Here are some of the beauty products you can easily get your hands on without breaking the bank:
Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes ($5): "Before anything, I use a Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes because I want a clean surface."
- Milani Conceal + Perfect 2-In-1 Foundation + Concealer ($10): "Cardi's skin tone is really in-between, like a yellow with a pink undertone. Those colors match her perfectly, and I'm usually mixing a lot of different foundations. I mix Milani Conceal + Perfect 2-In-1 Foundation + Concealer in 06 Sand Beige and 09 Tan."
- BH Cosmetics Studio Pro Total Coverage Concealer ($6): "I also use BH Cosmetics Studio Pro Total Coverage Concealer for her under eyes and spots."
- Black Opal True Color Skin Perfecting Stick Foundation SPF 15 ($10): "I like using Black Opal True Color Skin Perfecting Stick Foundation in Beautiful Bronze on her face and nose. She likes her nose to be really contoured. So I do that, and then blend it out with the compact powders."
Rimmel ScandalEyes Waterproof Gel Eye Liner ($5): "For her cat-eye, I take a black eyeshadow and apply tape on the side of her eye to make it sharp. Just any black eyeshadow. I smudge it out first. When I use a gel product, it's Rimmel. It stays in place throughout the entire day."
- NYX Face & Body Glitter ($7): "She's not really big on glitter on her lips or her eyes. She'll do it for a video, but that's about it. When I do use shimmer, I'll apply NYX Face & Body Glitter."
Looks like for under $50, we're fittin' to be flawless!

As for doing the rapper's makeup, the professional MUA says it's not a simple task, "from start to finish, it takes a while to do her because she doesn’t like to stay still!" she shares.
"She's always getting up to get something to eat, always doing business calls. It takes a good hour and 30 minutes, sometimes two."
That's our girl Cardi! Just another reason why we believe Erika when she says Cardi's "so humble," because "what you see on TV is how she is in person."
Are you willing to make the $50 investment to mimic Cardi's budget-friendly beat? We wanna know!

Drake Is The Reason This Rapper Never Signed J. Cole

The story of Fayetteville-kid-turned-Dreamville-icon J.Cole is one for the books, and he’s never been shy about sharing his humble beginnings before becoming the worldwide hip-hop rap icon and Roc Nation prodigy he’s known as today.
According to a story from one of Dipset’s big threes, Jim Jones, one moment from those humble beginnings happened right in the studio when he rejected Cole as a label signee and all because of what he deemed a tangential comparison to Drake.

Jimmy visited the hosts of A Waste of Time with ItsTheReal to share some of his latest music and business updates when the conversation landed on label signage. In February 2017, the East Harlem emcee clinched a deal with Roc Nation, which is owned by Cole’s current label leader, hip-hop mogul and former Dipset rival, Jay-Z. But back before he was Cole’s label mate, he passed on him for a number of reasons.
“J. Cole didn’t have a team when he came to me,” he corrected. “He didn’t have a team, it was just J. Cole rapping. Little light-skinned kid coming to the studio everyday rapping like Drake.”
Capo said that there was already one Drake, and “n**gas didn’t know” what to do with that. They couldn’t prototype another version of the same rapper, he clarified. He believes, however, that years later, Cole has finally found his place.
“He ain’t rapping like Drake no more,” he said, “but when he was in my studio, he was.”
Interestingly enough, Drizzy and Cole are good industry friends and have formerly collaborated on-wax together, but have never quite been compared to the degree that Jim did. Either way, Cole’s current hip-hop success is forcing quite a few people to eat their words, both past and present.
